Use A Drop Shipper’s Website Listing To Locate Products

by on Sep.27, 2009, under investment

The Internet presents the business opportunity of a lifetime, but few it seems, have the ability to get started making money online. If you simply look at online commerce the same way as any other type of business, you can see that it is really not that complicated; no more so than running a traditional brick and mortar store in a physical location.

Selling dropship products started way back before the Internet. The old companies that used this method in the catalog mail-order business are still around. This is a testament to the effectiveness of this technique. It works like this: you sell a product, but don’t really have it on hand in your warehouse. Your supplier warehouses and ships the items for you. You only pay for items when they sell. You won’t get stuck with a bunch of items that do not sell.

One easy way to get started is to acquire a dropship product list from a respected product sourcing service. What is this, you ask? It’s simply a service that puts you in contact with vendors and distributors who agree to drop-ship their merchandise.

Beware of companies that offer to sell you a ‘huge’ variety of products for drop shipping. These types of operations are middlemen that don’t give you very good pricing. You’ll find you won’t be price competitive with other stores, and there will be hundreds of others selling the same items.

A good dropship website list directory can point you to reputable ‘real’ drop ship companies that actually make and distribute their products. Many vendors these days will dropship – and the directory sites can put you in contact with these firms. If you don’t get direct phone contacts and addresses, you are likely dealing with a middleman, and not a true drop ship provider.

To sell dropship products on the Internet, just get a hold of one of the many fine product sourcing lists that are available. Make sure your list provides you with names and addresses of many firms; you want to deal direct, not with a middle-man. Sign up with your vendor and then start promoting products, either on your own web site, eBay or free web sites like Squidoo. Once you see how easy and effective this method is, you’ll wonder why you waited so long to get started.

Teeth Whitening Pen Info

by on Sep.27, 2009, under investment

You obviously, just like everyone, see peoples’ smiles and immediately get a first impression, because if you’re not, you almost certainly wouldn’t have dropped into this page. Each and everyone of us wants to know what makes someone’s teeth look so white, and why some folks just have a tendency to have the white teeth that you have been searching for. What you might need is a teeth whitening pen.

You and everyone else want a prettier and whiter smile. Actually, today tons of teeth whitening kits are sold everyday to consumers looking for a better smile. But with folks getting busier and with their budgets getting tighter, visiting a dentist for pro whitening becomes rather inconvenient. Thus a teeth whitening pen is made in order to help the average person that has time and/or money constraints

A teeth whitening pen can be used for teeth bleaching. The majority of these pens contain 12-35% of carbamide peroxide or hydrogen peroxide as its bleaching agents. Some of it contains liquid form bleach that you can paint on your teeth to achieve the result. Others contain a gel put on on your teeth rather than the liquid form.

If you are using a gel version, you need to rotate the bottom part of the tooth whitening pen. This will place just a little amount of the gel on your brush.

You’ll have this part done in about 10-15 seconds, and after drying it up for about two mins, you are now good to go.

It might also aid the use of a teeth whitening pen to function if a person quits smoking cigs and tobacco, or avoids drinking coffee, tea, and citrus juices.

These pens will probably surprise you if you stick with it, what they can do is really quite surprising.

Advice For Listed Building Owners

by on Sep.26, 2009, under investment

The British Isles has~is blessed with a tremendous diversity of glorious properties many with much of history. There are homes from every last age of British history from Victorian homes and country cottages to more recent builds. As a means to sustain the story of these stunning properties, the British Isles has a number of degrees of buildings that provide a number of rules for listed property possessors to stand by. There are three types of grade of listed homes, Grade 2, 1 and Grade 1 star, all with several sorts of conventions.

The guideposts set out for listed houses are very useful as they maintain the heritage of the country. If anyone needs to make changes to a period property then they must do it using handed-down construction and carpentry methods. This is a difficult task that requires expert restoration builders. Getting expert restoration builders can often demand some assistance. Historic building consultants can service you with this as well as supplying you with direction as to how best to stick to with the listed homes principles. Umteen historical building consultants maintain a database of restoration builders ranking them on abilities and client recommendations, thus you can find the adequate type of crafters.

When it comes to finding the correct sort of craftsman you can either utilize various experts or use a squad of craftsmen. It is commonly more cost effective to employ a team of restoration builders as they are experienced at working in unison hence the building restoration project is more likely to run according to time. Although most restoration building projects are very expensive, employing a group of builders will reduce the toll of hiring expert restoration builders as they will be able to give discounted prices.

Marbella or Mijas?

by on Sep.26, 2009, under investment

I’ve been recently reading the autobiography by Jacqueline Gold, the CEO of Ann Summers stores who has had a roller coaster of a personal life and specifically can relate to various aspects of her life’s struggle as well as constant enthusiasm for living and never giving up.

I specifically recall from within the autobiography Jacqueline’s attachment to marbella costa del sol as she writes many times about how her friends and Jacqueline make an annual pilgrimage to marbella costa del sol for her girlie week in the sun. They book into a good hotel as a gang of them and do all the girlie stuff for a week and let their hair down, clearly also shopping is part of the trip too.

She mentions about a couple of times where when she’s down, Marbella is a good place to get away to and recover your energy and zest for life. Getting away to a different location always enables a fresh view of things to form as well as give new focus to emerse yourself in. Of course – for sun worshippers the thrill of chilling and tanning is always a pick me up.

This is where the story of Jacqueline particularly seem’s apt for me at the moment as I am looking for new adventures in life, to immerse oneself in solving worldly issuses or participate in a good cause where it puts our own life in perspective and how we can get the most out of our precious time on earh.

Anyhow, I digress…. here I am thinking about Jacqueline Gold and how she faces tragedy or setbacks in life and always has Marbella !! and I’m thinking Marbella’s ok, I’ve enjoyed myself their a few times already and I’m also part of an expanding holiday business who handles a lot of reservations for Marbella holidays, but its not what is going to cheer me up at this point,,… where else is there within easy travelling of the UK and somewhere I can be fully involved in something useful and possibly even environmental? I glimpsed at Mijas along Costa Del Sol – but lets look away from Spain… How about the Canaries ? Nope – a little further I think, Marakesh…. no, …

Then it hit me, Cape Verde! I’ve been looking to possibly invest in somewhere upcoming like Cape Verde – and then, like a higher power was controlling my mouse – I clicked on a link in Google for “Boa Vista Experience” and then into their forum to read what the English folk were talking about and their was an announcement that The Turtle Foundation were looking for Volunteers to help protect female Loggerhead turtles who were being slaughtered by poachers as they were coming ashore to lay their eggs for future turtles to grace our oceans !!! Eurika ! that was the moment I knew that I’d found what I needed to gain a clear perspective and rejuvenate my enthusiasm :-)

Thankfully, my application as a volunteer to help The Turtle Foundation on Boavista was accepted, and I’m due to fly out for a whole new adventure and life experience for 7 weeks in Cape Verde on the 3rd August as the Turtle laying season just heats up and there’s reports coming in of masacred Turtles on some of Boavistas paradise beaches.. Check out my facebook updates in TURTLE FOUNDATION – Cabo Verde group page on Facebook and I’ll also be covering it in my main blog.

Black Soho

by on Sep.26, 2009, under investment

Soho – district in Manhattan noted for its old warehouses converted into restaurants, galleries and theaters.

Why would Coach name this line Soho? Simply put, it’s a classic design brought back to life in a way that only Coach could produce. These amazing vintage mini bags, wallets, and purses are perfect for fine dining, art gazing and for placing in your lap at a theater.

The Pink Soho Coach Purse is a classic because it is the best of the best by Coach. It is the fine wine of Coach purses. It is the quality of the past that fits the trends of today. What makes the Soho so special? Besides their Signature materials, this small purse is the hallmark of a woman’s daintiness, femininity, endurance, style and grace.

I have a black Signature Coach with the soft leather trim and silver buckles Soho. I love this bag. This is the bag I use daily. It compliments everything in my closet. It is perfect for all occasions, whether a trip to the grocery store, work or an evening out, you really cannot go wrong with Coach Soho Pocket Tote.

Let’s talk about durability. The Soho is also so incredibly durable that it can withstand my toddler’s destructive little fingers. This bag did not become a classic because it was crafted from cheap materials put together sparingly. It is classic because of Coach’s signature materials and vintage hobo design that are guaranteed to outlast any trend, style or fad.

The strap is small enough to be hand held without looking like a dingle berry but long enough to be held under your arm incase you need a free hand. My Soho is a zipper top handbag, but I also like the flip top design Soho in tweed brown, blue and black. It is more modern vintage than my Soho because it captures the essence of the late 70′s and early 80′s.

Coach is no dummy, old trends always come back. Today the 80′s are hot, but Coach has put a classic spin on the Boom era. Today we know that hot pink is not a color that should be worn, it is a highlighter. The Coach Soho also comes in twill. In other words, tweed was originally called twill because it was an unfinished woolen fabric woven into a twill pattern instead of a plain pattern. Why would you want plain? While the Soho line and hobo design is simple, it is defiantly not plain. Who else can design a mini purse in tweed blue and make it look hot?

In past eras tweed was a commodity because of its moisture-resistance and durability but soon became obsolete because the production and cost could not keep up with the worlds growing demands and industry boom. So they switched to materials such as polyester and cotton. Lucky for us Coach knows that quality is better than quantity and tweed as well as their other Signature materials will last. Maybe you haven’t noticed that a couch, not to be confused with Coach, made with tweed have withstood the years better than the cheap cost effective ones. This is what sets the Coach apart from the rest.

Whatever your flavor: red, green, white, pink, brown, black, small, large, mini bags, wallets or purses, Coach has got it all. It is a little more expensive, but you know it will last. I mean last; not just as in it will not fall apart, but last as in; whatever the trend happens to be, you know that the Soho line and hobo design will always be in.

The Coach Soho Signature Large Hobo reminds me of Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Like Audrey Hepburn, her beauty, style and grace live forever as a vintage icon of what it means to be an individualized woman. The same can be said for the Soho. The varieties, quality and style will continue to dominate the accessory world making it ideal for just about any girl.

Care For Your Collectible Cards

by on Sep.26, 2009, under investment

Who doesn’t simply love a collectible card game? They come in all types and styles and are very popular currently. Just about every kid and many adults have at least one set of these specially designed collectible cards. There are many different themes as well. Many of the most collected cards seem to be fantasy-related. However, you can also find sets with interesting cartoon characters and others with exciting sci-fi themes. They are usually family-friendly so everyone can join in the fun.

Online games became a big fad, but few parents liked to see their kids sitting in front of a computer day in and day out. And the kids get bored of it, too. They like to be able to actually sit down with their friends and interact in adventurous kids games with some exciting plots and twists. Besides, it’s much more personal to sit down with a friend and play a game. It does more to test your skill and intelligence. But these games for kids have a lot more going for them than just the game. They can turn out to be something that increases in value.

Anyone who values his or her collectible card game will want to protect it. The original set they purchase really should last forever. There’s no reason for it not to if you take good care of it. There a few things you can do, easily, to keep your cards in top condition.

Rather than depend on the small card box your cards came in, you can get special card boxes to hold your cards. These will protect them better than a flimsy cardboard one. You can also buy plastic card sleeves. They are fairly inexpensive and are the very best to keep your cards in great condition.

To understand your goal and to understand what “perfect condition” really is, here are some descriptions of the conditions in which you may find cards. First you have a card that is considered in mint condition. In this case there are no imperfections in the printing on the card, and there’s no damage at all to the card itself. Although keeping your cards in mint condition is best, they will still hold much of their value if they are in what’s called “near mint” condition. Also known as “factory fresh,” trading cards in this condition may have a very slight variation, or there may be a little damage from handling or storing the cards, but you have to look very closely to notice.

If your collectible cards are in excellent condition, there may be a bent corner or some other minor problem. The descriptions of condition go down from there, to “fine” or “very good,” then “good” followed by “fair.” Fair condition presents collectible cards with severe creases or the corners worn off completely. The “poor” condition is the worst of all. Here you have a seriously damaged card and probably won’t have any remaining value in it at all. Only if it is a very rare card or a limited edition will it maintain any value at all.

Of course, you don’t want to end up with any of these lower conditions, but want your cards to stay at least in near mint condition. They will look great and at some time in the future should you wish to sell or trade them, you can get the best price.

Bankruptcy Vs Debt Settlement Debt Relief

by on Sep.26, 2009, under investment

You already know that times are tough for everyone. You may be suffocating from skyhigh debt payments. You could benefit from quick debt relief. It pays to know how to get rid of your credit card debt. There are several ways to go about doing this. Get some useful tips to help you get out of debt.

It could take you up to 20 years to pay off your credit cards by just paying the minimum every month. By this time, you will pay three times the amount or more that you borrowed depending on your interest rate. That’s equivalent to paying three times as much for anything you buy. If you cringe at the sound of this, there are still other ways to get out of debt but not as effective.

Eliminating Credit Card Debt

Of the two ways to actually get your credit card balances reduced, bankruptcy and debt settlement are the most effective. With bankruptcy, you may not be able to use Chapter 7 and totally liquidate your debts. Your only choice may be to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy. You still have to pay back most of what you owe. And you have the worst credit score for the next 10 years.

Bankruptcy Credit Card Debt Relief

People use debt settlement as a last resort before filing for bankruptcy. Your credit score will still drop but it won’t be in public records. Your credit score is not public record so only you and the credit card company will know what you agreed to.

Benefits Of Credit Card Debt Settlement

When you use debt settlement you get to pay a partial payment for the full credit card balance. What kind of bank would give you a 50% discount on what you owe? It is right to be skeptical. It’s not like the banks have an interest in letting you know about debt settlement. They probably would not go about doing this. They do not tell you that you can settle your account and eliminate your debt.

Once you do your due diligence about debt settlement you will not be so skeptical. The choice is yours. Settle your debts on your own and you can save 40 to 60% on your balances and be debt free in 12 to 18 months instead of staying in debt for the next 20 years.

Looking Fantastic in Aviator Sunglasses

by on Sep.26, 2009, under investment

Open sky and a touch of coming weather on the horizon, we could have attempted what ever we wanted that moment, but what else would you want to do. Plenty of time, an easy few days in front of us and a lot less to stress about, now that Jerry had gathered up the little ones from the home for us. So, off we went into the large blue sky.

Just one item still left, where were my gold aviator sunglasses? Wendy, have you seen my shades? No honey, I haven’t. Where did you see them last? I thought they were in the inside pocket of my parka, but obviously there not. Dang! Ok, no necessity to get wound out of form here. I reflected seeing them in the console of the truck then I thought I put them in their box and then in my coat pocket.

Hmmm. Ok, the Jeep. I’ll be right back honey. Ok. Wait a second honey, don’t you have a another in the plane? Yeah, but there not my best ones. Ok. It will just be a minute. Ok. Keys, there they are. Glove box? No. Console? Ah hah! Man, I must be growing old. Oh well. These are the most stylish classic aviator sunglasses I have found. Well, they look nice on you. Thanks sugar.

Go ahead and get in, I have to go around the plane. I know Don, how many times have we done this already. Sorry, habit. Ok, everything looks great. Alright, how do I do this again? I’m joking sugar, just kidding. Ok, here goes.

How To Grow A Prize Winning Mums

by on Sep.26, 2009, under investment

All prize worthy mums need about the same feeding routine. They like lots of organic fertilizer such as horse or cow manure and even compost. Some use pulverized sheep manure in large quantities. This is spaded into the beds in spring and superphosphate added at the same time, enough to whiten the soil completely. No other food need be given, except to show material, which can have small amounts of complete chemical fertilizer once a month up to the time the buds are forming, then liquid food every week or ten days until the buds show color.

Plants ought to be mulched as soon as cuttings are set out such a the cast iron plant. Hay, which will permit all the moisture to penetrate to the soil, is often used. Some growers like peat moss, in spite of the fact that it will absorb a light rainfall completely and leave no moisture for the plants.

There are several books which give all the steps to be followed in growing mums successfully and every grower should have at least one of these for reference. Aphids and leaf diseases are the troubles most met with, and there are others to watch out for. A regular spray program, and clean culture, will largely control these.

Most of the plants come through the winter successfully under a covering of hay provided the plot is protected and has good drainage. Another plant that loves a cool place is the cast iron plants.

Check with others in your area for the best varieties.. I’ve often found the amateurs who have been experimenting for a number of years as the best resource on varieties and culture for your local area. Do not forget that the varieties recommended is not a complete list, by any means, but it is limited to the varieties that have not been difficult to grow in an area that are most liked. Besides these, some of the anemones are not hard to manage, and they are well worth a try.

Anyone who tries to grow these should have some knowledge of disbudding. It can be partly learned from books, but the best way is by trial and error. Results in the end are worth a few disappointments in the beginning.

Is it worth using a reverse cell phone service for a prank call?

by on Sep.25, 2009, under investment

This is a tricky question that nobody can really answer for you, but how badly do you need to know who made the call?

If you have been receiving nuisance calls then you can just report them to your local police station and let them take care of it. If you trust them to pursue it then that should be the matter finished. Of course if you really want to make sure that someone is going to take action then you need to get in contact with their service provider. The service provider has the power to do a lot more and it could lead to the person making the calls being disconnected.

You will really struggle to phone their service provider though without the use of a reverse cell phone website as without them there is no way of knowing who they are with (unless you phone their voicemail and they haven’t changed their message then sometimes you can tell from that). So the best option is really to use one of these sites and discover the service provider and the name and address of the person.

Now you are better equipped when you want to go to the police and report them as you can give their name and address, then just to make sure go to the phone company too.

That combo gives you the best chance of getting the person into trouble (just make sure it wasn’t a wrong number first!). Of course they could carry on anyway - but if you know the name of the person you at least have the upperhand and if you confront them with the evidence and let them know you will just keep reporting them then most people should get the picture and it will not seem so ‘fun’ when you know who it is.
