If you find a website with witch you want to exchange links get in touch with the webmaster and offer him a link from your website. If he agrees you obtain a backlink from his site to your site. Because both websites link to each other there are Two Way Links or reciprocal links. Keep in mind to ask for a link from related sites, they are more important to Google. The best links are links from your competitors since they are most related.
